Get ready to learn why fermented foods are not just delicious, but are beneficial for your gut! In this hands-on workshop you'll learn the basics and benefits of fermenting foods, and make sauerkraut that you can take home and enjoy!

In addition, we’ll sip on a digestive tea and discuss other nutrition and lifestyle factors that can often get in the way of having a healthy gut.

​In addition to making your own kraut and sampling pickles, participants will take home all of the recipes shared in the class.
