This class-only event starts with a lecture style session and kitchen tour, and then follows up with one of these three options:
Choose from the following activities:
1) What's in your fridge?
Participants will share what they have in their fridge, and Lila and your group will brainstorm what they could make from those items. This is an interactive activity and cooking will not be taking place.
2) Radish top pesto
Lila will demo how to make pesto, and your guests can follow along if they'd like, with ingredients they've sourced from a shopping list. (15 minute demo)
Participants will learn hands-on how to make sauerkraut with ingredients they have sourced from a shopping list. (30 minute activity)
