Are you a fan of kombucha? Learning to brew it yourself is easy, delicious and cheap! We will sample delicious homemade kombucha and make a salad with kombucha vinaigrette. Lila will cover the history of kombucha, health benefits and how to do it at home safely. You will learn everything you need to know to make kombucha successfully at home.

Nut Milk and Granola Workshop

Participants will learn the different qualities of various nuts and seeds, what ingredients are hiding in store bought non-dairy milks. Enjoy a hands on lesson on how to make your own nut milk. We will also use the pulp from the milk to make yummy granola, so nothing is wasted. All participants will receive their own special nut milk bag.
