Sweet and Nourishing Spiced Desserts Workshop
Learn to make healthful and delicious plant based desserts*! Join local Holistic Nutritionist, Lila Volkas in learning how to sweeten your treats naturally and use healthy fats to feel satiated and not deprived! During the workshop participants will create and enjoy chocolate avocado mousse, golden milk banana “ice cream,” and sweet spiced seeds.
Discover the health benefits of the dessert recipe ingredients and spices, find out the nutritional benefits of eating healthy fat, learn tips to balance your blood sugar and enjoy indulging yourself with whole-food treats.
All participants will be able to make and taste the desserts, and will take home the recipes and complimentary spice samples.
